General
- 1) These terms & conditions apply to the purchase of goods by you from us via our website.
- 2) The placing of an order by you for goods indicates your acceptance of these terms & conditions.
- 3) If we make any typographical, clerical, or other omission in any information, invoice, or other document we shall be entitled to correct it without liability on our part.
- 4) These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Description of Goods
All descriptions, advertising, & specifications on our website are for the purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods & we cannot warrant their accuracy. To help you, we operate a sample policy.
Ordering of Goods
- 1) To order goods you should follow instructions on the website.
- 2) All orders placed on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms & conditions.
- 3) Orders will be supplied to the nearest full tile above the requested m2. Your order will be automatically adjusted upwards to include full tiles only.
- 4) Shading is an inherent quality of ceramic tiles & the buyer must order the correct quantity for their requirements as the company cannot guarantee against crazing or shade variation.
- 5) As the number of tiles per sq mtr is nominal the buyer will be responsible for ensuring sufficient quantity of tiles are ordered to cover the required area.
- 6) Acceptance of your order & the completion of the contract between you & us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
- 7) Orders are accepted & promises for delivery are given conditionally upon us being able to secure the necessary material. We cannot be held responsible for delays arising from risks & uncertainties of stocking, manufacture, strike, accidents or other causes beyond our control.
- 8) The supply of goods does not mean that they are suitable for a specific purpose or installation. We can only be held responsible for a failure on products supplied by us, to the extent that the manufacturer will do the same. No tiles are guaranteed against crazing.
- 9) The company cannot, under any circumstances, entertain any financial demand from the customer for late or incorrect delivery. As a company we always recommend that you never book a tiler until you have the tiles delivered.
- 10) NATURAL STONE by it's very nature is not uniform in colour or shade. The company therefore cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for any variations of colour or shade from those on the website or samples provided.
- 11) SAMPLES. Samples are supplied as a 10x10cm off-cut of the original tile or a full tile where they are less than 10x10cm square. Customers may order up to a maximum of 5 different samples for a delivery cost of £4.95 to cover the postage & 1p per sample . If more than 5 samples are ordered then the company reserves the right to send only the first 5 ordered. If more than 1 sample of the same tile is ordered then the company reserves the right to send only 1 sample of that tile, in these instances the £5 charge will still apply and is NOT refundable. Because of the cost of borders and motifs, we are not able to offer samples of these products. Because samples are cut to order they are not refundable. At the time of delivery you will be given a discount code for £5 off when you place an order over £50.
Payment
- 1) When you order goods you must tell us your address & telephone number which must be the same as your credit card company has on file. If you provide us with incorrect informaton, this may cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation has been properly received.
- 2) We require full payment at the time we receive your order in all cases where the product is ready for dispatch.
- 3) While we try & ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled. If you cancel & have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund.
- 4) We accept most major credit cards (via paypal pro), alternatively payment can be made securely by PayPal.
- 5) All international (non UK) orders, please contact us via the website for a quote on delivery.
- 6) We DO NOT card details on our website.
Delivery Information
- 1) Sample deliveries will usually be made by Royal mail, please allow3-5 working days for these to arrive.
- 2) Deliveries close to our warehouse will be made by one of our own drivers within 3-5 days & we will e-mail you to provide a day and time to within 3 hours.
- 3) Deliveries further away will be made by courier (normally Lombard Express). Lombard Express will contact you to arrange delivery. But please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
- 4) All deliveries must be signed for, if no-one is present to sign for the order then it will stay with the courier & the customer will be liable for any additional delivery costs. We will leave goods un-signed for providing the customer e-mails us to that effect, in these circumstances the goods become the property of the customer once they are delivered.
- 5) Delivery charges are as follows:- Samples £4.95-£5 depending on the amount ordered. Orders under 10kg £9.99. The charges for orders over 10kg are different depending on postcode, charges are below.
All other postcodes are priced at £34.99.
DT, BH, SP, SO, BN, RH, TN, ME, CT, SA, HR, LL, HU, YO, HG, TS, DL, DH, DH, SR, NE, CA, SY, LD, TA, EX, TQ are priced at £39.99.
TR, PL, DG, TD, KA, ML, EH, KY, FK, G, are priced at £42.99.
N, NW, W, SW, SE, E, are priced at £49.99.
WC, EC, are priced at 59.99.
PA, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW, are priced at £84.99.
Isle of Wight is priced at £84.99.
Isle of Man is priced at £144.99.
Channel Islands are priced at £154.99.

Privacy Policy
- 1) When using the website, we may ask you to provide us with personal information. This is to enable us to process your order, contact you regarding any queries, send you information on any promotions or products & for purposes of record keeping.
- 2) We will not sell, offer or release any information you give us unless given your permission to do so. And then only to suppliers, contractors, or agents in order to answer your problems or queries regarding our products.
- 3) We do not keep any credit/debit card details. All orders are processed completely securely using PayPal web payments pro.
- 4) We will normally contact you if needed through e-mail, or by telephone when necessary.
Availability
- 1) All goods are subject to availability & if they are in stock at our warehouse will usually be delivered in 3-5 working days.
- 2) If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock for any reason we will notify you of this, & you should in these cases allow 14 working days for delivery. For delays longer than 14 working days, you will have the opportunity to cancel the order for a full refund. We will not however be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we are unable to supply the goods for any reason.
Liability
- 1) You will become the owner, & therefore responsible, for the goods once delivered to you. They will be held at your own risk & we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
- 2) Any transit damage to the goods, shortage, or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery, & you must inform us within 24 hours of the delivery. We may collect damaged or faulty goods at request & if they are found to be damaged or faulty then we will make an appropriate refund or arrange replacements.
- 3) We will only deliver to the address on the order & goods will not be left without a signature.
- 4) If no-one is available to sign for the delivery, the order will be delivered at another time with any extra costs to be met by the customer.
Returns & Replacements
- 1) If you are not totally satisfied with your order for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery. You will receive a full credit or refund, less any applicable delivery costs. Please note you will be responsible for the safe return of goods & any costs associated with this.
- 2) Your cancellation request must be put into writing & received by us within the 7 day period.
- 3) Special pieces/orders which have been imported at your request are non-returnable & therefore non-refundable.
- 4) Goods must not have been used & must be returned in their original packaging & in a resellable condition.
