Ordering Process
Here at OnlineTilesDirect.co.uk we have a very simple and easy ordering process. Much like any other store we offer our products on a per item basis, this means that when you browse our products you will see that you can order them by quantity. Also you can order free samples of any tile that you like by simply selecting "Free Sample" before adding it to your basket, all you pay is the postage. Remember - our free tiles are 10cm x 10cm and you will only receive one of each style no matter how many you try to add to the cart!
Just follow the onscreen instructions for simple easy ordering, & why not register with us as well? Your details will be kept so next time you need to order you won't have to go through it all again!
Checkout Process
Our checkout process is also very simple - we accept most major credit/debit cards & we also use paypal to process our orders which means that your transactions are safe and secure. You can find more details of our transaction policies on our terms and conditions page
Delivery
Our delivery costs are calculated based on weight. Our tiles are quite heavy but we do our best to keep the weight down and therefore the delivery prices low. At the moment we will only ship to the United Kingdom.
For orders under 10kg the postage is £9.99. For orders over 10kg the postage varies depending on area, please refer to our terms & conditions for prices. Samples are charged at a flat rate of £4.99 per 5 samples.
